Wayne Allen Root suggest Donald Trump declare a National State of Emergency for the 2026 Mid Terms

Republicans like Wayne Allen Root are always looking for ways to circumvent the laws and the Constitution, and to be fair, the Democrats do it all the time as well, in fact, we usually see this when a party is in power. The funny thing is, when they are out of power, they try to hide behind the very same laws and Constitution that they were trying to circumvent all the time while in power. There's not much consistency on either side. Wayne Allen Root is saying, if Congress doesn't pass the Save America Act, then we'll just do the Save America Act without Congress and use a National State of Emergency to get things done and is suggesting this to Trump, who is the President at this time. Is this the precedent that the Right wants to set? They don't see that the Left will also abuse this power when they eventually get it back? This is why you should NOT be following statists like Wayne Allen Root. They are just as dangerous as the opposition that they claim to be fighting. Watch the tactics and less about just the outcomes. Good outcomes can be achieved with bad measures, we should NOT support bad measures to achieve good outcomes, because if we do, bad measures could also then be used to achieve bad outcomes.
